Cooked meats and cheeses
In our factory in Sant Dalmai we produce a large number of cooked meat products and meat toppings. We also process, grate and slice a wide variety of European cheeses presented in various formats: from 5 kg bags to 20 g. single doses intended for direct consumption.

Tailored solutions for the food industry
We collaborate with our clients in the development of products and recipes that provide differential value to their preparations. We manufacture the product according to the needs and specifications of each project and client.

Traditional charcuterie for the 21st century
The Sant Dalmai brand has been a benchmark in Haute Charcuterie for 60 years. Our specialty is sliced charcuterie, and over the years we have been developing new products that respond to the taste and quality needs of professional charcuterie professionals and their most demanding customers.
We renew annually since 2004, and always with “Higher” level
ELS
It is a registered trademark regulated by AOECS which guarantees that certified products are gluten free and <20ppm.
SAE
The SAE certificate (Specific Self-Control System) certifies that Sant Dalmai SAU meets the traceability and animal health requirements demanded by different importing countries, when these are not equivalent to those of European regulations.
Allergens
Sant Dalmai meat products have been allergen-free since 2006. The 14 allergens that must be declared in Europe according to Regulation 1169/2011, and that are not found in our cooked meat products, are:
